Tenant Improvement

Location: Bellevue, WA

Description: This project involved a 5000 sq. ft. tenant improvement space.

Concept: Creating a healthy work environment for this start-up company was a priority for the client.

Scope of work: Complete improvement of a commercial space, including space planning, drawings for permit, electrical and data layouts, cabinetry, furniture layout and specifications, finish and material specifications, and signage design.
