ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is the international specification for an environmental management system (EMS).  It specifies requirements for establishing an environmental policy and sets guidelines for companies to identify and control the environmental impact of its activities, products and/or services as well as standards to continually improve their environmental performance.  The guidelines implement a systematic approach to setting environmental objectives and to achieving these goals and demonstrating that such goals have been achieved.
