Description:  Partial remodel of an 1948 rambler

Scope: Full remodel of the master bath/laundry area with the addition of a walk-in closet. Full remodel of the guest bathroom. Selection of paint color palette throughout the home.

Materials:
  • Linoleum flooring
  • Custom made cabinets with water-based finishes, no added urea-formaldehyde
  • Recylced glass tile for backsplashes
  • Dual flush toilet in master bath
  • Remnant piece of FSC madrone butcherblock for guest bath countertop
