Monthly Environmental Film Night - Second Thursday of each month, an RSVP is appreciated. Starting in April, our Film Nights will be moving to a new time 5-7:30pm!

Based on the book of the same name by Peter Elkin, director Alex Gibney's documentary takes a behind-the-scenes look at the powerful energy company whose downfall forever changed the landscape of the business world. With a blend of fascinating footage, fast-paced interviews and a wealth of information, this film is a serious lesson in the potential trappings of dishonesty and unethical behavior dogging corporate America today.

Chef Becky is the owner of Cornucopia, a private chef service. She is a co-author of The Washington Local and Seasonal Cookbook and is a freelance writer for Seattle Homes and Lifestyles. She runs a food resource website, Seasonal Cornucopia.

Menu: Chicken Pho with Crispy Shallots, Bahn Xeo (coconut rice flour crepes with seafood and pork), Herb Salad and Nuoc Cham Lime Sauce, and Coconut Creme Caramels.
