Zabuton Meditation Mat

This Meditation Zabuton Mat cushions your ankles and legs during meditation and is the base for a Meditation Zafu cushion. Used together the Zafu and Zabuton makes sitting meditation easier on the knees, ankles and back and is more comfortable for hard or cold surfaces. The Zabuton mat is handmade in the USA from cotton twill fabric and stuffed with cotton batting and hand tufted. Add a washable Zabuton Cover to protect the mat.
